Race Dictionary
Here you will find the various different races that can be located upon this island. There is a form you can fill out and post on the same page as the form in order for a Staff member to approve add your Race to the dictionary. If a race is red in title, or labeled rare, you must first get permission from the creator of the race to use it. If no creator is listed but the title is red,please contact an admin and all the admin will discuss the matter. This is usually determined based off ratio. All races are in order and are listed with the information needed in order to understand each race to it's fullest. If you wish for there to be specific changes to common races in order to better fit your vision of your character.

Absorbers {Human Realm} 1 0 Description: Absorbers are essentially humans in every way. The only difference between typical Humans and Absorbers is when an Absorber is around, those with super natural abilities cannot use their powers. But, the Absorber must be conscious typically to block out abilities. Another name they go by is "The Human Shield". They are a primary weapon for most hunters. Absorbers aren't born with their abilities from birth, it is an evolutionary trait that they pick up around the age of seven. No one knows why this trait has evolved in a handful of humans, but most who develop this ability never know they even have it. Typical Life Span: Early to Late 90'S
Adapters {Human Realm} 0 1 Description: Adapters don't have any specific abilities besides their body's amazing adaption. An Adapters body changes automatically to survive and advance to the surroundings. This is the best example of Darwin's theory of evolution. An adapters body has truly changed from that of a average human in order to survive. For example, if someone used Fire on an Adapter, an Adapter might just turn into fire itself, or a metal component strong enough to withstand the blast. Adapters are usually solo, very rarely will you see them travel within groups, even though they are a great addition to any group. The interesting thing about Adapters is they usually are born from two parents with abilities of some kind. The adaption ability is a genetic mutation from the parents DNA. This usually happens because they body create a defense mechanism in order to defend itself once it is born. The ability usually manifest when the Adapter face true danger, or a life threatening situation for the first time. Their look can vary of that of any human. Typical Life Span: Though they have the appearance of any human, their ability to survive in so many different scenarios takes on and incredible survival tactic. Typically meaning that Adapters can live into their 500's hundreds easily. At max, Adapters can live into their 700's.
Addonexus {Human Realm- Typically found in European Countries} 1 0 Description: Addonexus' are born into the world under a solar eclipse when a newborn comet is orbiting the sky. While the sun in unable to penetrate the comet's dust tail, the baby's blood becomes infused with an ethereal star dust. The star dust causes the baby's blood to hold magical properties that include elemental manipulation typically light and shadow, aura perception, healing of physical wounds, and regeneration. It is said that the stronger of the race are able to manipulate their blood in a way that they can create bone growth out of the skin as a form of weapon. Their ability to manipulate their blood allows the regeneration trait to work quickly and effectively. This ability also fights against aging, as they age twice as slow as humans. However once they reach the age of 25, their bodies begin to stop the aging process altogether. Due to the rarity of solar eclipses Addonexus' are not very common, and the chances of the ethereal dust infusion is very slim. Typical Life Span: Currently unknown, average age ranges in the hundreds.
Ascendants {Human Realm} 0 2 Description: Ascendants are one of the original races to walk upon the Earth, making their culture go back for centuries upon centuries. They are a race often linked back to Angels. Being seen for their upbeat and positive outlook on a dying world. Ascendants are what one might call a Light Elementalist. Only, those don’t really exist. Ascendants can create light, form illusions by bending the light; they can heal anything but death, unless it is of themselves. Members of this race tend to be kind and compassionate. Some Ascendants, those on a higher stratum, can control energy, whether it be in the form of electricity or even heat or cold (by adding or taking away energy). Though that are seen as Light Elementalist, they actually contain Light, Dark, Purity and Taint. In order to maintain their angelic nature, they maintain in the practice of purity, and light. After being born within the Litin Tunnels, Ascendant infants are usually brought into a Holy Establishment, such as church until they reach the age 15. This is done in order to prevent them from reaching into the darker arts and to maintain their purity. Typical Life Span: Lifespan is currently unknown, as Ascendants are fairly rare. Those known have not aged past their late teens. And usually die in an accident or by being over used by early twenties. Created by Reast Vu
Avariel Elf {?} 0 1 Description: Avariel elves are a winged species that had nearly been driven to extinction in the dragon wars eons ago. The race is now scarce, and typically believed to be of legend or myth. Avariels are delicate creatures, gifted with hollow bones to aid flight. Their skin is pale, matching their hair and wings, though it was not unheard of for an Avariel to dye the tips of their wings. The Avariel race is gifted in both war skills and knowledge, and they are fast learners. Gifted Avariel's may also be gifted with elemental or healing abilities, but take several hundred years at a minimum to excel in their skills, and must focus on one while lacking in others. A loyal race, Avariel's make friends, and enemies, for life. They will never leave a debt unpaid, whether that may be aiding an ally or seeking revenge. Typical Life Span: Several thousand years. The figure of young adulthood is reached by 1100 years.

Banshee {Human Realm} 0 2 Description:A banshee is essentially a fairy, usually female, seen as the omen of death and messenger from the Other world. In Irish legend, a banshee would wail when someone was at the brink of death. They are believed to be spirits of nature or even people's ancestors. A banshee wail is powerful enough to burst a human's eardrum if caught unprotected. Banshees feel only sadness while wailing; it's like their whole world is crumbling to pieces. A banshee shall take the form of a human when entering the human realm, which is often when the banshee becomes bored and wishes to be as close to humans as possible. With their easy adaptability and human-like emotions, the process of blending in to the human world is rather easy. Typical Life Span: A banshee shall age up until the point of 27. How long they actually live is currently unknown.
Blood Elf {} 0 0 Description: Blood Elves branch from two particular family tree's, which include: The Cluiche and The Cian from Ireland. Though they aren't close to instinct rare, they do have a lower population than more common races. There are probably still 10 in the entire planet still from the two different families. This is a hybrid races of Day Walking Vampires, and Elves. They have the appearance of any typical elf, and usually even reside on the forest, but they do indeed feed on blood. Not only that, but usually they can manipulate/control the blood within their own body and the blood within others bodies to heat up or freeze. Typical Life Span: Around 170- 300 Years.
Buwan Lumangoy {Human Realm} 0 1 Description: Which translate to "Moon Swim." Buwan lumangoy are commonly mistaken as sirens, or mere people but there are some very specific differences. Buwan lumangoy change to their mermaid form by choice anytime, except for when there is a New Moon. The moon typically gives them enough strength to control their transformations, but when there is no moon in the sky, there is no choice but to give in. These creatures are the master of disguise, and can live off human food for so long. About once a week a Buwan Lumangoy must hunt, and like their close cousins (Sirens), they also feed off the opposite sex but instead of feeding off their skin, Buwan lumangoy feed off their memories then drown them or leave them on the beaches. Also like Sirens their voices are absolutely beautiful and can lead men to them without even trying, but Buwan lumangoy are known much more for their attitudes and slyness. They can also breath under water but not with Gil's, better yet, their lungs are enhanced threw years of revolution where it can sort threw the oxygen in water and merely take in the oxygen without drowning. Buwan Lumangoy isn't significantly rare, but also isn't the most common race to spot. Its in the endangered zone basically. Typical Life Span: Typically live to be about 150, but they never lose their youthful looks after age 25.

Caligrapher {Human Realm} 0 0 Description: Caligraphers are gifted with creation magic with the use of skillful design. In their case the pen truly is mightier than the sword, as they are born being able to bring their creations to reality in whichever purpose they desire. The medium in which they use to construct their creations is not limited however most common types of writing instruments include pens, pencils and markers. The energy used to create these drawings is drawn from within their core causing less experienced calligraphist to tire easily. Most Caligraphers also obtain a rune or outside source to keep on them as an extra source of energy in order to maintain balance when drawing. As Caligraphers gain more practice in their art they become stronger and are able to create more extensive objects or creatures. Typical Life Span: Same aging process as a human
Catalyst {Human Realm} 1 0 Description: As a human sub-species, Catalysts are fairly common, but many have a bloodline so diluted they are unable to channel their abilities. Every so often, a true Catalyst is born, and potentially has the ability to help other Supernaturals unlock hidden abilities. They are also known to work closely with supernaturals, and often times found to work one-on-one with their "soul-mate", a being with an aura in align with the Catalyst's. Until they find this alignment, which some may never find in their lifetime, a Catalyst will work with many supernaturals to assist in training and power-sharing. Lending another Supernatural their power is draining for the Catalyst, and they should not attempt the ability more than once within a week. This law is different for a soul-mated Catalyst, since the aligned auras allow each being to share their power. It is not unheard of for Catalyst's to obtain others abilities as well, simply from working so closely with supernaturals. Typical Life Span: Typical Human lifespan, unless bonded with a supernatural; then they may live up to 150, depending on the level of shared powers.
Cheshire {Wonderland} 0 1 Description: Cheshire's are extremely rare, and hard to come by. At the age of two they are brought to Earth from a different realm. When being brought here, they forget almost everything from their true realm. Cheshire's are tricky for they can reside in two different forms. One of which being a human like image, and the other being a feline like image. They have various different abilities that makes them a mischievous race. They have cat like features they can make apparent in their human form such as: Sharp pointed teeth, cat like claws, and various other feline traits. They are very unpredictable, and lack a sense of pain in themselves and others usually. But to the world, very little is still known about Cheshire's. Typical Life Span: Still Unknown
Chimera {Any Realm} 1 0 Description: Legends suggest that Chimeras are based on a mixture of a snake, goat, and lion. Legends aren't usually correct when it comes to the supernatural realms though. Chimeras are caused by a malfunction in the DNA of a being. Chimera are generally lab made, and created out of humans by scientists trying to break into the supernatural realm. Typically only Chimera with a combination of two races survive. Anymore than that and the body destroys itself. Typical Life Span: Dependent on the combination of races

Dealers {Wonderland} 0 1 Description:Dealers are those descended from the infamous Queen of Hearts of Wonderland. These descendants have the power of the deck of cards, passed down from the eldest matriarch to the youngest. The Dealers are able to control the 54 cards, each holding a different ability to be discovered by the newest of the Dealers. They are allies of the Red Queen, and enemies to the White Queen and those descended from Alice of Wonderland. Typical Life Span: Due to the time distortion in Wonderland, it us unsure the exact length of life. However, it is significantly longer than that of a Human.
Décroissant {Purgatory} 0 1 Description: Décroissant's are the sister race of Ascendants. Every child born of this race is born an Ascendant. It is fate or life choices that change that. While Décroissant's are not completely evil like some think, they are very stubborn and sinister when they need to be. While they are all born Ascendants, that can quickly change, by either killing another human being or learning the dark arts, an Ascendants soul can quickly change. For an angelic creature such as an Ascendant, their soul is everything, it tells everything you need to know another them. So to expose their soul to something beyond holy ethics...taints them. This tainting not only bends their soul, but also releases a unique hormone from the brain. This hormone is directly linked into their blood stream which begins even changing their anatomical features..corrupting them even. Making them the monsters they become. Like their sister race, their abilities include Dark, Light, Purity, and Taint. Though anything that requires the use of Light and Purity requires much more Life Force to control. Due to the hormone released when one changed from Ascendant to Décroissant, they also take on the ability to control anatomical features. Such as altering their skin, blood, and various other features. The ability to dislocate their jaw like a snack, which usually end up ripping the sides of their cheeks. Luckily they are fast healers. A couple things certainly to look out for is their blood. It is completely altered to hold a powerful virus that can be activated by the Décroissant themselves. This virus was chemically based off the hormone that has been exposed throughout a Décroissant's body. One of their more dangerous abilities is Dark Sight.This is an ability only found in the Décroissant race. This ability allows the user to see absolutely any injury ever inflicted upon your body. Except to them the injury looks like it is only held together with a thin spiders webs.Dark Sight also allows them the ability to take hold of this web like substance and pull the injured location open. It will open the injury as if it had just been inflicted or worse than when it had happened. The reasoning a Décroissant comes off so twisted, or lacking control is because of the opposing elements that are held in her body go to war with each other. Purity, Taint,Dark, Light...none of which get along. There is only a few ways to put them back in balance in times like those. Typical Life Span: Décroissant life span is greatly unknown. Abaddon:{Hell} 0 1 Description: Abaddon is one of a kind unless she has children. An Abaddon is specifically different than most demons due to being granted abilities by Lucifer himself. An Abaddon is a Knight of Hell, making them more powerful that most demons and giving them specific unique abilities. An Abaddon is typically hand picked by Lucifer and then given their powers by the now retired Knight of Hell, Cain. The abilities of an Abaddon include: - Memory Extraction: By insert part of her demon form into a person, Abaddon can reach into people's memories, even subconscious memories. - Teleportation, - Wrath Inducement: By manipulate the general emotions of individuals, she can spark and ignite feelings of anger and wrath that may have not been present or as powerful prior. This also includes being able to read individual's anger. - Fire Manipulation - Dark Arts - Telekinesis - Biokinesis : Can make individuals eyes bleed, sometimes resulting in the individual to go blind. - Demonic Possession: Possessing different meat suits - Tactile Exorcism : Can expel weaker demons from their host, resulting in them being cast back to Hell to start over.
While Abaddon are powerful, they do have their weaknesses like any other race. Most of their weaknesses are just a tad bit harder to come across. These weaknesses include, but are not limited to: The First Blade, Decapitation (and keeping the body and head apart so they cannot reattach), Devil's trap, Holy Fire and Holy water
Most of their weaknesses may hurt, and at time serious harm an Abaddon but very few will actually kill Typical Life Span: Unknown
Lesser Demon {Human, Underworld} 1 0 Description: Lesser Demons aren't as strong as their masters, the Greater Demons. They are created by the greater demon master and take on powers, less than equal to their creator. They live for eternity until either their creator kills them, or an angel comes and takes care of them. They typically like to cause trouble, but, not harmless trouble, typically, they cause minor harm to people for their own amusement. Typical Life Span: Until killed by the angels
Shadow Demon{Neverland} 1 0 Description: A Shadow Demon is usually is created, never born. When darkness solidifies into a pure form it will sometimes latch onto the weakest soul around. This darkness will attach typically to a child and become part of their shadow. In doing this, the darkness will corrupt the soul of the host making the very vessel a demon. A Shadow Demon can separate their shadow from their vessel and be apart from one another. More times than not, a shadow demon will not actually be attached to their shadow. The shadow of a shadow demon can act on it's own, and typically is more malevolent than the original vessel itself. Shadow Demons can rip shadows from others, but this is a rare occurrence and typically rather painful. Shadow Demons have also been known to kidnap children for company. As the children become too old, that is when the Shadow Demon would begin the feeding on the soul. Typical Life Span: Unknown
Lilium{Any of the 7 layers of Hell} 0 1 Description: Lilium are children of Lilith. They do not have to be female, but a male Lilium is incredibly rare. Lilium are a type of demon much like their mother and are gifted with many, but not all of her abilities. They are able to teleport, use telekinesis, are impervious to holy water, and they can burn things with a simple touch. Many Lilium tend to work with the Dark Arts in order to increase their power and they will do whatever it takes to earn their mothers love. Typical Life Span: Unknown
Seraphim{Hell/Demon Realms} 0 1 Description: "When most people think of Seraphim, they think of angels, but earliest usages of the term refer to serpent demons." Seraphim comes from the Hebrew "seraph" meaning to burn. This relates to the burning and inflammation of a snake's poison when bitten. The Seraphim may resemble winged serpents at will, and they may also shift between that and a humanoid form. Many Seraphim choose not to use their serpent form, and harness poison from their blood. If a human comes in contact with the demon's blood, it will immediately induce pain and react as an acidic chemical to their skin and body; such as Holy water would to a demon. There is a similar reaction to lesser demons, if their line is diluted with human blood; but demons with little to no human blood will have no reaction. Seraphim are known to fight with weapons coated in their own blood, and utilize their snake-like speed and reflexes in battle. Typical Life Span:Unknown
Zagon{The fourth Circle of Hell} 1 0 Description: A Zagon is the ultimate crossroad demon, appearing in its natural form of a Bull with Gryphon’s Wings; but is commonly seen in its human form of a man. Lesser crossroad demons have the ability to grant wishes to humans, however they are typically under the rule of a Zagon who collects souls from them. He can turn wine into water, blood into wine, and vice versa, however a Zagon typically favors turning blood into wine as a form of payment in his deals. He can turn all metals and most objects into a form of money. A Zagon gains much of its power from the souls of others, making them clever demons and master manipulators. Typical Life Span: Unknown

Dragons {Human Realm} 0 2 Description: Dragons are hard to come by across the world, as they fear interaction with those outside of their race. This fear dates back to thousands of years ago where dragons, which were beautiful human-like beings with scales decorated randomly on their face like freckles on a human being, were hunted down for their scales. Dragon scales are strong material which are used to protect their bodies from burning. This helps them have a resistance to fire, so long there are scales on their body. Their fire-resistance scales were one of the reasons why they were hunted down, aside from the colors they had and how they shined nicely. Another reason was for jewelry. They were found to be far more beautiful than gems like amethyst, rubies, pearls, and so on. In order for dragons to get the look they do in their scales, they typically eat gems. Provoked, they are capable of turning into a fierce, dangerous winged beast. These forms are very similar to the paintings people have made of dragons for their mythology. Their eyes are similar to the eyes of snakes, but with a larger range of colors they can be. One thing mythology ever got right of dragons was their need to hoard. However, it isn't always gold or any type of precious treasure. It could be the last thing you could think of, like bird feathers. In their humanoid form, they could look as if they are light weighted but in truth, they are almost unmovable from a push as they carry the weight of their dragon form. In replacement of nails on their fingers, they have sharp talons they could use for fighting. This does not mean they do have to use them for fighting, and it can be used as a last resort. There's one weakness known for dragons, a blade forged with the blood of a dragon. These swords were crafted thousands of years ago and are only in a few locations across the world. Dragons are intelligent creatures, no doubt, as they can mimic the noise of any type of animal. This also allowed them to learn the language of humans and communicate with them and often trick them. Some say they can even have their voices sound exactly like someone else's to help their tricks. Stories say that dragons would mimic the noises of women in distress, making men try to play hero but only greeted with a fire-y blast. Not every dragon has wings, but if they do, they are typically very large and similar to bat-wings. Dragons are also known for being magical creatures and can learn as much as they please, however every dragon knows at least how to use fire. Most dragons do not gain more knowledge on magic, sadly, as they try to avoid going into public. No matter what form they are in, beast or their natural form, their tail is always visible. Usually these are covered in as much scales as possible. Typical Life Span: They are rumored to be immortal, but this remains unconfirmed due to many of them being put to death.
Dream Walkers {Land of Dreams} 0 2 Description: A dream walker is an individual who can transport themselves while they are sleeping, into other peoples dreams. Unlike others who don't feel as though they can control all of their actions within a dream, A Dream Walker can hide so they are not detected a dream. But, not only that, A Dream Walkers can also participate in said persons dream. While more times than not Dream Walkers are peaceful people, there are the few who are truly cruel who ruin the name for most Dream Walkers. Dream walkers usually have a very slim figure with pale skin. Their eyes on the other hand are usually a very bright blue, or a bright honey brown. Typical Life Span: A Dream Walkers Life span can vary. Averagely the can live 150-200 years. They stop aging at about 50 years of age.[/font][/font]

Eccedentesiast {Human} 0 1 Definition: someone who hides pain behind a smile Description: Eccedentesiasts are individuals who are more in tune with the world around them. The genetic makeup of this race is rare, meaning that there has been very few actually founded and recorded. The reasoning of this is mostly because with their average appearance they easily fall under the radar, not only that but also they don't usually realize they even have abilities until later in life. They typically will have a better understanding of people on a psychological level, and can empathize with others with great ease. As a child, the abilities associated with this race are faint, and usually almost impossible to identify. With age, an Eccedentesiast will become more and more in tune with the emotions of those who are around them. By early to mid twenties, they will be at their strongest and be capable of tapping into all of their abilities. These include: Abilities: •Pain manipulation: manipulate of others, take it, give it. •Emotion negation: make others feel no feelings take it from them. •Empathetic inundation: overload others with emotions, give emotions to others. •Empathetic Masochism: human voodoo doll •Empathy: feels others emotions and replicate them.
While they hold great strengths in their ability to understand others, they also have equally paralyzing weaknesses. These include: Weaknesses: •Emotion overload •Difficulties identifying/understanding own emotions •Shocking sensation that is a recoil from using her own abilities. •Empathy, and sensation of others emotions can be distracting and otherwise overwhelming.
Exceptions: •In order to give or take pain, must be able to link the pain to a memory or experience that is painful or harmonizing. •Emotion negation and empathetic inundation requires contact in order to be at its strongest. The further away, the less impact the ability would have. •Empathetic Masochism: Requires an object or source of DNA from the person whom you are trying to use the voodoo like techniques on. Typical Life Span: Late 100's in typical cases
Erinyes {Pandora's Box} 0 2 Description: Erinyes, also know as Furies in some cultures, are deities that punish those who commit crimes. Being born from the Titan, Uranus' blood, Erinyes' are not born, but much rather created. Now they are created from their own blood. Erinyes have two different forms. One of which being the form of a human, and the other being their true form. In their true form they have pale like skin, and dark wings branching from their back. Some would compare their true form to Dark Angels. Their most important of duties is to stalk offenders of their common beliefs. Common abilities of this race include the ability to fly with the use of their wings, tracking offenders, empathy, shielding, and Delirium Inducement/Torture inducement. Delirium/Torture Inducement is the ability to manipulate the victims senses to make them uncomfortable. This will also sometimes lead the victim to lose sense in what is real and what is not. Shielding for an Erinye isn't so much an ability, as much as it is something they do naturally. Typical Life Span: Unknown
Elementalist {Human Realm} 0 2 Description: Elementalist are actually rather common. They can be anything from a mutated genetic gene in a human or even a mutated genetic gene in another race. They have the appearance of human, and their eyes are usually a similar color to the element they manipulate. One thing to also keep in mind is the more elements an elementalist controls, they less strong each one is. The strongest of elementalist manipulate one element alone. The elements include: Fire, Water, Air, Earth, Electricity and Nature Typical Life Span: Average of 115 Years, though they do continue aging typically like a human would up to the age of 80

Genie {Shadow Realm} 0 1 Description: Genies are spirits that connect with one of the four elements. Genies are born with free-will but can become controllable by magically binding them to objects. After being bound to an object, the connection is permanent. If someone comes in contact with the item, they are in control of the genie. Generally genies aren't fond of their master, and will manipulate their wishes to become nightmares. Genie's are uncommon, though more commonly found in Arabic and African cities throughout the human realm due to the portal from their native home (the shadow realm) being opened in central India. A genies natural form is human-like with the exception of their legs disappearing and taking the form of their element on will. While in their elemental form genies can levitate and fly to some extant. Typical Life Span: A genie lives on average to their 80s, but a genie bound to an object will live as long as said object remains intact.

Hatters {Wonderland} 0 1 Description: Originating in Wonderland, from the original Hightopp family line. Hatters are highly trained in their skills, which are passed down through family bloodlines. Their main source of power is from their magical hat-making skills, and occasionally an ornate pocket watch. Although hatters have the ability to create new hats, they do not possess the powers to craft new watches. The pocket watches are the only of their kind; only three exist and are passed down to very select family members. They can only be used by Hatters for time travel. Their hats can be used as a means of teleportation by producing a room of doors at the will of the Hatter, allowing them to travel to anywhere in the world that posses a door. Hatters originally became mad due to the mercury poisoning found in their hats, however modern Hatters have developed the trait regardless of poisoning or not. Hatters also possess the power to create nonsensical illusions, but due to their unstable personalities they risk the chance of falling into the illusion themselves. Thus most Hatters talk nonsense, often in the form of riddles. Typical Life Span: Exact lifespan is unknown, but they age extremely slowly in accordance to wonderland. Created by: Toni
Humans {Human Realm} 4 3 Description: Though humans are what has drove most of the creatures to this island, not all humans are created equal. The humans that can be found on this island have an ability. Usually it is just one ability that has adapted due to skipped gene within the genetic pattern. Illusionist {Human Realm} 1 1 Description: Illusionists are known for their ability to create visual illusions that aren't actually there. While their personalities can vary, some find themselves to be more mischievous than others. Illusionist are usually rather confident in their abilities, and not only can they change the visual perception of what is around you, but they can also teleport from location to location at will. This teleportation isn't as strong as their ability to mend lights to alter one's visual perception. Stronger illusionist have also been known to alter other normal senses of the body. Typical Life Span: Illusionists are similar to humans in that they age. However, they age much slower than humans and live for around 600 years.
Imperial Traveler {All Realms} 0 1 Description: The Imperial Travelers are a race born in death. Although being born of death is connotative with dark or evil beings, the Imperial Travelers are neither. In fact, many do not realize they have become Imperial Travelers at all; Only that they were in an accident, or perhaps having a nightmare in which they nearly died. The creation of the race is an odd one, as before they became Imperial Travelers, they served the imperial family lines of Europe. One of those who served was a novice warlock, who found himself sickened by the black plague. Attempting to concoct a magical tonic to heal himself, the warlock did just that. Though, by the time the potion was able to take effect, he had already been killed by the disease. Luckily for him, the chemical composition of his blood reacted inconceivably with the magical ingredients in the tonic, allowing him to be revived, as well as healed. However, some things were different; He no longer possessed the powers of a warlock, but found himself able to wield control of his position. The warlock also became cold to the touch, much like a corpse, and found little-to-no need of sleep. Upon telling his elders what he had done, they elected to shun him from their midst's, and ordered him out of Europe, bearing him the title of Imperial Traveler. For those who know the ancient stories, being an Imperial Traveler is an honor, as well as a curse. Once a being's soul enters Limbo, it is changed, no matter how short a time they remain. This change may be reflected in appearance, personality, abilities, or a combination of the three. Jumper {Human Realm} 1 0 Description: A Jumper is a human who is able to jump to any place they can think of, granted that they are thinking of that place. This means that they first must know what the place looks like before they can jump to it. Usually, staring at a picture is enough to transport the jumper to the place portrayed in that picture. Upon jumping, there will be a very short interval in which they don't exist and then re-exist at their destination. Jumping someone with them who isn't used to jumping (which is different than teleportation) will cause them to feel nauseous, out of balance, dizzy, and disoriented for the first few jumps, until they can adapt their senses to it. Jumpers are able to jump by creating "jump scars," or rips, through some dimension that stay open for a few minutes after it has been created. These jump scars can be followed by other jumpers, or it can remain open by a machine or magic. The scar is invisible, however, and can only be seen by using either a special spray meant to detect it, or by using magic that is designed to track down jump scars. They are able to carry items with them along their jump. The more massive the item is, the harder it is for them to jump it. A jumper will literally die if they try to jump a building, but they can jump common vehicles like buses just fine. Jumping an entire apartment room is a bit too ambitious, but is possible. Their powers are sensitive to electric shocks. However, they have high tolerance to it and do not die from high voltages. Instead, they are simply unable to jump. A common tactic used to capture them is to bind them with electric wires so they cannot escape. The distance to which they can jump has no limit, and they never occupy the same space as other matter. If they jump into a swimming pool, the water simply displaces as if they had fallen in. If they jump into solid matter, they would either appear beside it, or the solid matter would be flung aside. Most jumpers, in order to make full use of their powers, have "lairs," or places where they store many pictures of the common places they visit. These spots are called "jump spots," referring to the spots that a single jumper prefers to jump to. If one can infiltrate a jumper's lair and see their jump spots, they will be able to track down the jumper's general location at all times, as the jumper will surely only be around those areas. All jumpers have their first jump when they are 5 years old. They do not realize they are jumping until much later, unless instructed. Typical Life Span: Same aging process as a human

Kitsune {Human} 2 0 Description:Kitsune are typically known to be trickster spirits. They are fox like creatures and have 13 different types. Each Kitsune is able to have one type, though, celestial and nogitsune are forms of one of the other 11 types. These fox like spirits grow in power and wisdom with the more tails they have, making a maximum of 9 tails at one time. By sacrificing tails, a Kitsune is able to summon an Oni, which is a shadow samurai to fight for them. At a young age, Kitsune learn how to use foxfire which can be formed into a small ball, depending on the type of Kitsune they are (ie, a thunder kitsune would have a foxfire of electricity). Along with this foxfire, Kitsune have pocket realms in which they live. They can burrow into holes, trees, etc, and make it a new realm, their home. Where one human day would equate to 7 years for that Kitsune. They are also capable of minor illusions, mind control, body possession, and shapeshifting.

Leach {Pandora's Box} 1 1 Description: A Leach doesn't have a specific appearances beyond looking human. They are rather adaptable and strong, but this is due to their ability to manifest the same ability as others they are around. Even when they are not around the original energy source, they usually still have access to their ability. Leaches are rather rare due to them branching only from the Roi Family. Currently there are only four known to possibly be living. Two are second generation Leaches, and two are third generation. Leaches are known to be rather unpredictable, and can be rather dangerous while learning to control their abilities. But once control has been learned, they are a valuable asset, and weapon. Some Leaches even have the ability to temporarily drain the abilities from individuals. Typical Life Span: Leaches oddly also gather energy/life force by learning and absorbing these different abilities, making it to where they can live up to thousands of years. The Life Span of Leach is still a completely mystery for none have died of old age yet, all have died of being hunted down by other concerned races/humans. Created By Reast Vu
Leshy {Human Realm} 0 0 Description: A Leshy is generally man, and is the protector of the forest and all the animals within it. Their appearance usually is a tall, bulky looking forest man with a beard upon his face made up of grass and vines. Some have talis, hooves, an horns. Their skin is generally pale, and their eyes are a dark forest green. Their abilities usually include communicating with the forest animals, the ability to shrink, and their ability to change their voice in order to lure individuals in. This is mostly within the human world, not as common on the island. Very rarely will the hunt while on Promise Island. Their weaknesses are how weak they are while shrunk, fire, and different things that could harm the forest that they call home. They have the most awful cries. Typical Life Span: While ages may vary, the most common death for Leshy's are forest destruction, or them behind hunted for hunting and eating people. Generally they like be 150, but the oldest one ever recorded live to be 450 year old.

They are a branch of human that usually travels through peoples minds to learn about their weaknesses, strengths, fears, and memories. Nephilim {Human Realm} 1 1 Description: Nephilims are a mixed race between a human and angel. Most find them to be an abomination and should not exist, however they became a large part of society as time went on. Nephilims had seemed to have blended in with society well, mostly being accepted however others still looking down upon their existence. They typically grow faster than humans, have what is considered "superhuman strength" or, super strength, quickened healing, and of course, the typical angel wings that is there. Some nephilims can take on some abilities from their angelic parent, which is often things, for example: healing others, telepathy, and telekinesis. They are weak against the similar things angels are to as well. Healing can only be done by the pure of heart, seeing as healing properties are tied to purity. This means those with darkness in their heart wouldn't be capable of demonstrating such abilities. Typical Life Span: 100 to 200 years
