Julian had stood on a cliffside overlooking the Great Barrier Reef as he watched all of the different types of aquatic animals swimming freely. Freedom, it all seemed so easy for them, if only it had been that simple though. Julian was locked away for much of his life, but his father had strangely disappeared without a word. Nothing was left of him, nothing to even track in order to find him. He picked up on anything that could have potentially lead to him, but all he could come up with was a cabin in Canada, and prior to that, a spot somewhere in Africa. He had always seemed to be too late. Something Julian struggled with internally, never being able to find those he needed the most, when he needed them. Now, he was searching for someone else. Someone that he had only dreamed of, his brother.
Before he could set out on his journey though, he had to gather more information. Who his brother was, what he was capable of. He had heard that another son had existed, his father had slipped up once, and only once out of anger towards Julian. He threw the boy through the air and screamed, 'Why can't you be more like your brother! More powerful! More...vengeful!', but Julian was young, he took it with a grain of salt at the time. He crossed his arms and cracked his neck, moving it from side to side, and then let out a long, deep breath that he had been holding in. So much information, so many questions had been spinning around in his mind and many of the answers that he had found only lead to more questions. Who was Rion, what was a Hollow, and why had his father kept his brother from him? Everything just confused him. His father had always hated Julian, but he always took care of him. It seemed to be more so out of love of his bloodline more so than anything. He knew his father had hated him though, he refused to allow Julian to take the name of a FireDrake. He had told him that he was not deserving of the name and that he would never be able to live up to it. He sighed and whispered under his breath, "Maybe if somebody had remembered to leave the light on, I wouldn't have been forgotten.."
Julian shook his head now though, enough of remembering, he had bigger fish to fry at the moment. He heard movement behind him and he turned to meet the stare of a woman. She had long, dark curls running down her back, perfectly showing off every feature of her face and her eyes.. they were the brightest blue that he had seen. He smiled and walked to greet her but she held out a hand, warning him to keep his distance, "Julian Lucrese. A pleasure to finally meet you. I assume that you've contacted me solely for the purpose of obtaining information of whom you believe to be your brother?" Julian did not reply with words, he knew that words were pointless at this time, he just wanted answers, and so he nodded. The woman smiled and twirled a finger through her hair, following the naturality of her curls as she played with her hair, "Rion..Diamond. Co-leader to those awful little Immortals. They truly are a pain in my ass. Although, if I were you, I would give up on looking for him, the hunters from all over the world are attacking their pathetic little island as we speak. not just hundreds, or thousands of hunters, but hundreds of thousands of hunters are attacking them. They are most likely dead, and truth be told, you weren't missing much on not knowing that evil son of a bitch." Julian directed his gaze back to the water behind him as he turned, these were not the answer that he had been hoping for. These were not the answers that he had sought. He wanted to know good news, not that the last human being that he could potentially call family was most likely dead.
He shook his head and then turned back to face her as he finally found the words that would fit the situation, "You may or may not have a right to judge my brother for his actions. I know not of what he has done in his past, or even what he will do in his current, or future states, but he is my family and I will find a way to contact and meet him." He narrowed his eyes as he watched the girl and then walked up to her, bringing his hand to her chin and holding her face to look at her deeply, eye to eye. He smiled and leaned forward, his lips just barely avoiding hers as he spoke, the strong scent of mint coming from his breath, his eyes lighting up a bright blue color and he smiled, "but my dearest friend, he is my family and speaking out against my family will only get you killed." He smiled, and pulled away, looking at the now obviously flustered, blushing girl that stood before him. She huffed and snapped her fingers, then disappeared.
Julian smiled and returned to his view. He had gotten what he wanted from the girl without her truly saying it. He had been able to touch her and that was all that Memoria needed to give him his answers. He smiled, looking down at the silver ring on his right hand and spun it, "I've found you brother, I'm coming for you soon enough." A burst of white light discharged from his body and he began light stepping his way across the globe until he found his way to the Immortal's Island.
