Ian stood there, eyes wide, his sister just killed a child, he didn't know what to say, and so, he said nothing. He walked over to Lip and then nodded towards Nikol, the two brothers helped her up and sat her down and they sat next to her just leaning against her to try to console her. They were family no matter what and they had to make sure nobody was going to come at her. Ian got up and looked over at Lip, "Pull off your jacket, im going to fix that." Lip did what Ian had told him to and put his jacket around Nikol's shoulders. Ian reached in and pulled out the bullet, it would have been easier if it went through and through. He clenched his jaw and ripped off a piece of his undershirt and then cleaned the wound, and tore another piece off and used it as a bandage. He wasn't sure how to make it stay there, so he just pressed on it to stop the bleeding, the injury wouldn't be deathly, but it was in need of a proper fix which Ian couldn't do right now. For now, he would stop the bleeding and try to get things settled with the group.
Nikol sat there, eyes down, she was in shock, what did she just do? What happened? She wasn't sure. She didn't know what else to do, she could have just stopped him. could have done anything but she killed him. She looked at her brothers and Ian was fixing Lip, finally noticing it. "I'm sorry."

Claire had taken down several more guards with Rowan, keeping them out of the room until Ape finally pulled them through the Void and to an abandoned mine, it looked like. Slowing her heartbeat, Claire took inventory of the team. Herself, the Rolands, Ape, Rowan, Addy holding someone in a blanket, and another man were all there now. She wondered what had happened in there, and why Addy looked so upset. The blanket didn't seem to be moving. Maybe someone else they knew had been in there. Unsure, Claire shook her head, allowing her skin to finally fade to normal. Checking her shoulder, a fresh layer of skin now covered the previous injury, but it still hurt a bit. Her clothes were in shreds, several pieces barely hanging on. Claire wrinkled her nose. At least everything had managed to stay covered. Moving to a clearer area of the floor, she sat herself down and crossed her arms in front of her, waiting for whatever was going to happen next.

Coming out from a empty room, Rowan had some clothing slung over her shoulder. After all, this used to be an active mine, meaning they had to have something lying around somewhere. Rowan observed the group as she walked by everyone. Two Tricksters, who obviously had some things to figure out, and some past between the two. Sibling hunters, who honestly were trying to sort out any chaos, one of which probably now would have post traumatic stress disorder. An elf trying to lead all these monsters around. An adapting hunter with withered clothing, then there was Rowan. Who really felt nothing at all. Walking towards Claire, Rowan grabbed the clothing from off her shoulder and threw it towards her. "It isn't much, but it's better than your current attire." Rowan smirked faintly as she sat beside Claire. There was a lot of tension the room, and the two obviously missed a lot while they were holding off guards, but that wasn't what was alarming to Rowan at all. Where was Group One. She knew that their mission to collect the other man who went my the name Enzo, was critical, so it may take longer. Yet...Rowan felt wrong for just leaving them. Leaning back, Rowan let out a sigh, like all the weight of the world was finally lifted from her shoulders. "Well step one out a dozen for getting the world back in order is complete." Rowan chuckled to herself, it was a dark humor but for once she felt like she could in some ways be at peace. It had been the first time she felt this was since she was a young child. It was a nice change in pace to be around those who didn't look at her any different because of her powers. It was actually just nice to be around people in general. Reaching over, Rowan ripped a part of Claire sleeve off from the old shirt she was still wearing. Not saying a word at first. Instead making it into a strip of cloth. She then tied the strand of cloth where the bullet had barely grazed her skin before. "Sorry for pushing you. Just knew you could handle it. Skin of steel and all you know."
Kyson looked around, many new faced were here and he didn't really know what to do. He didn't feel like himself. He felt different. His powers were back which felt nice, but he still didn't feel...right. He just kept watching everyone, not saying much more than yes or no's to questions being directed towards him. He looked at Addy and sighed then walked over to her and uncovered the boy, he had to see it for himself. He saw the blood drying now, and he took the body from her and set it at their feet and he sat down and looked up at her and he nodded for her to sit next to him. "We've got a lot to talk about. Us. Today, leaving before. Everything. You know I'm never emotional....but..something isn't right with me and I don't know what it is." He looked at her and smiled softly, "I'm just glad it was you who woke me up. I wouldn't have wanted it to be anyone else."

By now the tears had dried, and she had regained her composure. At first, Addy didn't want to confront Kyson. She had no idea where to start, or even what she would tell him... But the time had come and they certainly needed to talk. Since reaching the tunnels, Addy hadn't spoken, until Kyson spoke to her. Nodding faintly, Addy sat down beside him, carefully placing her hands in her lap. "Kyson, I tried...I tried to help anyone I could...I just.. I was too late.." Addy's voice trailed off as she finally looked over at him. "I was afraid we would be too late for you.." Sighing softly, Addy ran her fingers through her hair to help clear the strands that were covering her face. "Ask me anything. And I will answer as best I can." Looking around around at everyone else, Addy obsreved the distraught the group was in. This war, no, this mass genocide, it was changing all of them and just nobody wanted to admit it. No one wanted to admit they weren't the same as they were before. Back when there biggest issue was going to Disney or having a Jell-o party in the watering region of the basement...Back when times were so simple. Letting go of all her pride, Addy looked towards Kyson, it was time she was honest "I went looking for you, many times and Kyson. I don't like feeling certain ways but I was broken! I thought I lost you!" Addy looked away as she felt a huge relief. "I didn't know what I would do. You matter to me."

"Thanks, Rowan." Claire smiled, taking the garment from her. She shook it out, making a disgusted face at the ugly barf-green jumper. Probably hadn't been washed since before the place closed. "Well, it's a good thing I can adapt against disease," she joked, sliding the piece on over the tattered remains of her clothing and securing it with the buttons that remained along the torso. She sat again, nodding at Rowan's next comment. It was true, they were saving the world, one supernatural at a time. Though, who's world would it be by the end.. the Humans, or theirs? She flinched then, at Rowan tying the makeshift bandage around her shoulder. "Thanks. I may have skin of steel, and anything else I might need, but I'm sure not invincible. Smart thinking, though. And great work with the cameras and stuff, that electric thing you can do is handy." Claire yawned then. She wasn't sure the last time she'd slept had been, and her adapting only went so far. Heck, even she could barely do anything with her abilities at the moment. She really needed practice controlling it again.

Ian nodded towards Nikol, acknowledging her apology and left it at that. It wouldn't be something he pushed, nor would it be something he actually wanted to discuss. It was a mistake made that couldn't be undone. He looked around and found an old hut and found a first aide kit and rummaged around to find antiseptic and gauze and hopefully ointment cream. After a few minutes of searching, he found almost everything he needed besides the gauze, but, his shirt would have to do. He grabbed an old dusty button up obviously left from before this place closed down. It was a bit big on him, but it worked. He changed and carried everything out and pulled his brothers shirt off to work on the bullet wound some more. The bleeding had stopped and now he was dumping the peroxide on the wound to get rid of any dirt and then he wiped it dry and put a bundle of his clean shirt over the wound after putting anti infectant cream on it. he pulled out some medical tape from the kit and taped it down, it wasn't the best, but, it got the job done.
Nikole say there, a dead look on her now ghostly face. She was traumatized by her actions and had no idea what more to do. After a few minutes of Ian being finished fixing him up, Lip had fallen asleep. Things were finally settled down and he body told him so. He fell asleep and stayed asleep until the other group arrived. Nikol laid her head on her brothers shoulder and chased after him into the dream world.
Ian watched his siblings refusing to sleep in case one of these people turned on them. He refused to let anyone hurt his siblings after the mistake.
Ape let out a shaky breath after the group finally made it to the abandoned coal mine they'd registered as their safe house. She wasn't too surprised that the other group hadn't returned, but considered going back to check on them if they didn't return soon. They'd done it, though. They had worked together and saved Kyson. None of her team had been killed, but Ape couldn't rid her mind of the sight of the child's body dropping. She turned in the center of the 3 groups that had been formed, double checking each of them. The hunter siblings seemed alright. Ian looked like he was keeping watch as his brother and sister slept. Ape gave him a solemn nod, then observed Kyson and Addy, and the body that lay at Addy's feet. Ape frowned. There was nothing they could do for the child. But, Ape wasn't going to tell Addy that. Being a part of Immortals, of course there was always a way, after all. Even Ape herself had escaped death. Finally, Rowan and Claire looked to be getting along, despite Rowan's actions on the mission.
Overall, Ape was proud of her group. The ex-hunters, and Rowan, would make great additions to the Immortals, with more training of course. Nikol and Claire especially, might need extra attention. Claire for her mastering her abilities. Nikol for killing an innocent child. Of course Ape knew she felt guilty, but sometimes.. things happened.. Frowning, Ape began to clear larger pieces of debri from the floor, placing them towards the edges of the room, attempting to make a large clear spot for everyone.

Smirking faintly, Rowan looked towards Claire. The group was tired, that had become obvious with how much energy they had exhausted in the rescue. But Rowan couldn't sleep, she still was too anxious waiting for the other group...She was still to restless to know what was to come. Looking to Ape, Rowan stood up and made her way over to assist Ape in moving items around. Grabbing a nearby broom, Row swept some of the dirt and dusk that lingered in the area they were clearing. "I think we should grab some sleep in shifts...Just in case we are discovered or the second group need assistance." Rowan looked to Ape for her opinion on the matter, but all it would take was her looking around to realize everyone was in need of sleep anyways. There was already at least three beginning to doze, and anyone who wasn't tired was either still exhausted but too confused, or was guarding others.
Observing the different groups they had, something new struck Rowan...They needed food. Sighing softly, Rowan looked towards Ape. "We also should send two out for food at some point too... There is a town nearby. We should get two to volunteer. At least one that can teleport." Rowan thought out each word as she looked the group over. There was a tracker still awake, but Rowan doubted he would want to be away from his siblings. Two Tricksters, in odd condition. Ape, who was probably needed to keep order, then Rowan and Claire. This would certainly have to be based on a volunteer process. Whoever felt they had the ability to run into town and pick up things. They would have to make due with this place, and to do so they needed basic items. Looking up at the lights, Rowan smirked faintly. "We need to get this place at least functional. I am going to grab Claire and go to the control room to work on power." Turning away from Ape, Rowan walked over to Claire once more "Wanna go for a walk?" Smirking faintly, Rowan didn't hesitate and began making her way down the hall. Claire knew electronics well, and Rowan had learned how to manipulate it after coming in contact with a elementalist. They would, somehow, be able to figure this out. There was so muc to get done, and the only way anything would get done would be starting now.
Kyson was tired, mentally and physically. He wasn't sure how long he was stuck with those hunter assholes, but he knew that he wouldn't be the same. He knew that Addy could not have done anything to save the boy and it wasn't her fault. She needed to stop taking the blade for that because it wasn't on her. He put his arm around her gently and leaned his head on top of hers and closed his eyes, "It isn't your fault. The boy. You couldn't have done anything to stop it. Everything that happens happens for a reason. Chaos is something that we love, but it's also something that can't be stopped when it is naturally occurring."
He got up and kneeled in front of her now, looking her head on and smiled, "I don't need to ask you anything. You answered all of my questions. Addy, you're all that I thought about and when you left, i didn't know what to do with myself. I was lost, I was a lost cause. I walked around not knowing what to do with myself for such a long time. I know it isn't your fault. I'm sorry for how i acted before, but, please, just never leave me again." He smiled softly now and leaned his forehead on hers and closed his eyes, "Let's just see what happens from here on, Okay?"

There was so much that had happened. No one could begin to understand what they all had been through in the last ten years, let alone the last twenty-four hours. The group had been reunited, torn apart, and then glued all back together again. But like a vase, one shattered, the pieces never seem to fit perfectly back together ever again. No amount of glue, or tape would ever fix what once was. This group. The immortals. They were that vase. They were the shattered pieces trying to find their way back together. They were slowly gathering the shattered shards, pulling themselves to connect. Yet, each of them already knew nothing would be the same. They were all fractured in their own way. Even those who were once so close had times connecting once more. Yet, on the other hand, those who thought they would never connect to another human being now found peace in others like themselves. They were all screwed up misfits, not only looking for their place in this world, but now, also looking for a way to make peace with their actions. The ex-hunter, Nikol, looking for peace in her actions for killing the child. Claire, making peace with turning on the people she worked so closely with for so long...Even Addy...trying to find peace in her decision to walk away from everyone all those years ago. She didn't know everyone's reason, nor did she want to. They all had a story, and with every action, they were adding to the next chapter.
Where did their next chapter begin and end? Would it be the end of anyone with super natural abilities as they knew it? Or would it be the mass extermination of human beings. Neither. At least that was what Addy hoped for. She hoped for something...Anything to let the two live in harmony once more. A trickster was typically fond of chaos, and all the butterflies that came with it. But thus butterfly effect was more than anyone could have asked for. The humans weren't weak. Addy respected them for what they did to protect themselves...But super naturals weren't meant to be used as weapons. What happened in that building was beyond what words could explain. Things had to be made right...but at the time, all Addy could still think about was that building...That prison. Stained with blood of both breeds. The humans wouldn't see and draw away, no, they would see this and take it as a challenge...They had be dealt with. The establishment had to burn.
She had spaced out, again. But her attention quickly was redirected as she listened to Kysons voice. It was nice hearing it again, she had missed him...Despite how much each of them had changed. Addy's careful blue eyes remained focused on Kyson, taking in each and every word with delicate thought. Leaving. She couldn't make that promise to Kyson. He didn't know it, but she was planning to go back that prison. And she planned on not leaving till it was falling to pieces... That establishment would be the next vase to drop. It would be shattered into so many pieces that it would no longer be able to work as whole...And she wouldn't leave the building until that was accomplished...even if that meant...
Smiling softly, Addy nodded towards Kyson agreeing with his final words. "I think that's for the best. Just see what will happen next." The words rolled over her tongue in a delicate manner. She felt guilty keeping her plan from Kyson, but she wouldn't have him return to that building, and she knew he wouldn't want her to go, especially without him. As his head rested against hers, Addy closed her eyes, a small smile still resting upon her lips. She could have this possibly, all of this...But not till this war was over. Pulling away from him slowly, Addy opened her eyes to look at him once more, her words chosen carefully now. "You should rest. Your body probably needs it after--" Addy cut herself off and redirected the conversation quickly, realizing it still probably wasn't the best topic. "You look tired."

Claire nodded, standing to follow after Rowan. She peeked in rooms throughout the hall until she saw what looked like a control panel. "Hey, I think this is it," she tilted her head towards the open door, and stepped over some trash as she made her way into the room. "Alright, I know I've been living in an underground cave system for three years, but you gotta wonder, what happened here? It's disgusting."
Claire shrugged, making her way to the large, old-style controls. "This is ancient," she complained, turning a chair upright and having a seat. Claire began to look over the controls, noting temperature and pressure gauges, auto-manual switches, etc. Her eyes finally found the main power switch, and she gave a shrug to Rowan before setting the power to on, "Worth a shot." She frowned when nothing happened, but it made sense. If this place was abandoned why would the electric companies keep trying to power it? "Rowan, can you give it some juice?"
Ape did agree with Rowan. She was a smart girl, worthy of becoming an Immortal. All of them were. She looked to Addy and Kyson, who were deep in conversation. Ape decided to leave them alone, and turned to the three remaining. Nikol and Lip were asleep, of course. They needed it. Ape didn't, since she'd become an Imperial Traveler. And that suited her just fine. "Ian, do you want to try and get some sleep? As far as anyone is concerned, you three are Immortals now."
Frowning, Ape put her hands on her hips and turned back to her other options, Kyson and Addy. "Kyson, you had better get some sleep, now. Addy, do you think you can go out or conjure up some food and water?" She nodded her thanks ahead of time, then let her eyes drift after Rowan and Claire as they went down a hall. Hopefully they could get some lights on. Now, Ape released Silver Reaper from his sheath, allowing him to patrol in snake form, and took a seat in the center of the area that she'd cleaned up. All that was left to do was wait for the others.

Waiting for Kyson to finally agree to sleep, she then hesitated several more seconds before carefully moving away from him. If she was going to move, she needed to go now. Flicking her hand, she used her manipulation and teleportation abilities to make some snack like foods appear. Were they the healthiest? Probably not, but they wouldn't go bad any time soon. This would help last until they could get further help. Addy brought the food over towards Ape, placing it in front of her before looking at her once more. "When Kyson wakes up, you sent me for food." Just in case, Addy used her silver tongue ability, manipulating Ape to know that as the truth. "Actually, you sent Ian, Claire and I for food." Addy corrected herself, using her silver tongue abilities once more before turning away from Ape. They had a certain time frame they had to follow. With leaving right at this moment, they wouldn't run into the first group leaving the place, but also wouldn't run into them here. Waiting till the power on, Addy then teleported behind Ian, tapping his shoulder and teleporting from the room. It was maybe half a mili-second until they were also behind Claire. Using her free hand she tapped Claire as well. She then teleported all three of them from the coal mines. They now say outside of the mines entrance. Addy watched their confused faces for several seconds, after all, she had never introduced nor really spoken to the two at all. After a few seconds, Addy let out a soft sigh. "I need your help to tear that establishment down."
Ian simply nodded at Addy, usually, he wasn't up for leaving his defenceless, sleeping siblings, but he somewhat trusted the girl with wings, Ape. Because of that, he would make an exception. He wanted payback on the hunters anyways, so but destroying their establishment for all that they've done, he had no issue at all actually. It was time that he began causing some destruction. He may not be the fighter of his group, but he was the tracker. He knew all of the weak points in the defences, he knew how to cause chaos with a few pulled fire alarms, and even more, he knew that there were even more trapped supernaturals. Let them loose, and let the hell begin for the hunters. They may have caught those supernaturals once, but could they do it again?
