Tye had scattered from the group upon coming back to Immortal Island. He had a few things that he had wanted to do before going after his food. He first wanted to prepare it, then he would play with it, and finally, he would eat it. To Tye, this was all a fun game. He quickly adjusted to the atmosphere of earth. It was much lighter than that in Hell and he was thankful to be back. He stretched out his arms and allowed for his human form to take complete control of himself. While he did want to completely wipe the Immortals out, he didn't want to completely kill off the Midnight Facade. They were his family just as much, if not more, than The Se7en. If he were to go all out in this fight, he wouldn't stop himself from killing any that stood in his way. He would just, well..eat them. Becoming the boar's sin. He couldn't help it, but something within him was being called too and it was coming from the graveyard.
Once he finally made his way there, he cracked all of his bones, hearing the satisfying crunch of them all was like music to his ears. He looked around and noticed that one of the tombstones had been glowing a bit, it seemed rather old, much older than the Immortals and it made him curious. He walked over to the tombstone and examined it closely. The name, 'Sir Merlin. The beholder of The Boar's Sin.' He flinched and retracted a bit from the tombstone. Why had a previous Gluttony been buried here? What was this? Upon trying to step away from it, he was forced into an illusion. It was strange, the images flying in and out of his head, Merlin was taking him through his experience as Gluttony. He had the undying urge to feed upon anything and everything the way that Tye had, but he has succumbed to this trait forced upon him, whereas Tye never had. It was strange, seeing some..thing so engrossed with devouring everything in site. Tye had, thankfully, found a way to control his hunger but it was true, he never knew how he was able to.
This was when the illusion had taken a turn, it showed Tye with his siblings, his blood siblings. They were all young and very much different. Especially Tye. He had always been the one to want the spotlight, he wanted fame, glory, in truth, he probably should have been seated in Greed's position from the looks of his past. Soon though, Tye was casted into The Se7en without any rhyme or reason. No explanation or anything from anyone. He had to figure it all out on his own. He was 13 when he was cursed with the Boar's sin. The need to devour everything within sight never truly was an issue for him, but the question remained as to why it never had. The first few years of Tye joining the Se7en, the others of the group had always seemed to push him to the side, much like they had at their most recent gathering. He was always seen as the one who was..well, the weak link being that he was a lesser demon. He let out a sigh and then shook his head, the illusion seeming to fade, but it truly didn't. It was just that Tye was having a bird's eye view of himself. There was a mark on his base of his neck that was magnified for him to see by Merlin and this was when the previous Sin finally spoke, "Your father placed that upon you before casting you into the Se7en. Be glad that he did, otherwise, you would have ended up like me. Dead on an island of those who believe themselves to be Gods. But to unlock your true self, you must have that curse removed and only a Demon may do so. Not any of the Se7en, but a true, full blooded, Demon. None of these tainted bloods." Merlin appeared before him now, the man was massive. Not only in weight like one would expect Gluttony to be, but in height as well. He truly was a Demon. He was a Grey Demon at that, one of the most powerful. He touched Tye's neck where the mark was and he finally asked, "Do you want to come into your true power? Your true self?" Tye retracted from Merlin's touch, it was rough, dry and scaley. He honestly wasn't sure to think of all of this, but at the same time, did he truly want that hellish curse to be fully enacted into his own being? Wanting to devour everything in your sight at all time? Was that something that Tye was willing to succumb to if it meant destroying the Immortals?
He let out a long, deep breath and turned to face the massive demon that stood before him and then looked to the ground, "No. I'm not willing to make myself dangerous to my family. I will remain with the power that I have and make it work in order to accomplish any goal that I see fit. I am not Greed. I do not need more power, I am Gluttony, I take the power when I need it from what I see fit." He smiled, Merlin knew his answer before Tye had even approached, but to get Tye to realize this new, now unlocked power of his, Merlin had to offer this to him in hopes that he would not take it. By denying the urge for more power, by denying his own sin, he was able to achieve a means to make his end a reached goal.
With that, Merlin nodded and then without another word, he faded back into the dead. Tye looked around the graveyard once more and then sniffed the air, somebody was coming, he wasn't sure as to who it was at the moment, but he sensed a power that he didn't previously sense when he was on this island. Had the Immortals already gained new cavalry? He looked to the sky and saw a man flying above with large black wings, talons to match them, and a face of a wolf with teeth to match. He smiled and tilted his head, "A hybrid of sorts..Interesting." He held up a hand and intensified the gravity around the hybrid man and brought him down to the ground with a hard crash, "Well hello to you too. What a nice time for you to..drop by."
