There was something unique in the way she moved. A particular glow, no, a quirk about her that set Quinn apart from the crowd. It could possibly be how the carried herself in times of such crisis, or her mere understanding of every soul that surrounded her. The redheaded woman was no stranger to danger yet she still had learned the proper steps needed in order to fall into a progressive danger. Progressive danger? The thought itself was enough to bring a small smirk to Quinns lips. Before coming to Promise Island and meeting the heathen like variety of the Immortals, Quinn would have never believed that danger could be anything but trouble. Time were changing. In order to get ahead and possibly make a change, Quinn knew she had to progress with the world even though her current mind was still paddling upstream.
Detouring off the busy streets of a primary city on Promised Island, Quinn found her way towards the mountains. There had been little success made in finding the cure to both Kole and Rions current state. Hours turned into days and days slowly shifted into weeks but despite all dead ends, Quinn didn't plan on giving up. Kendricks had taken on the task of watching over Rion and Kole during their stages of uncertainty. While Kendricks took on the task of babysitter, Quinn took on several roles of her own. Not only would she be there for Scarlet, but she would also continue to search for the solution, no, the cure for whatever the witch had done. It was find the cure or even better, find the witch.
Pressing her hands against the rigid stones that dressed the mountains, Quinn pushed forward. She pushed past the trees and past where the war had previously taken place. While it seemed she was clearly heading towards a dead end, Quinn didn't hesitate. Pulling herself over one last rock, Quinn felt a sudden uncertainty rush through her. Standing to her feet, Quinn turned herself to face the two towering beings before her. The light shimmered through the clouds to gleam off these individuals very presence. Quinn knew she should have excited, impressed even but the shows put on by these Greek gods had gotten old long ago. While Quinn still wasn't on the best page with all the Greek God's, she had been capable of persuading a majority to see things in her favor. More time than not, the two sides were now able to bounce tasks off another. The two individuals who stood before her were actually two that favored Quinn. Standing tall with a cloak just barely covering anything below the chest was a beardless man. Apollo, one of Quinns dear friend during her stay with the Gods. Apollo was frequently underestimated due to being the god of Music and Arts but still a vicious individual. When unpleased with a situation Apollo could become ruthless and destructive to everyone around him. At the same time, Apollo knew how to truly be a friend to anyone. The woman who stood beside him wore a beautiful, traditional cloak in the style of a gown. A silver diadem decorated her head with a veil to accompany it. Hera. Hera seemed like the most unlikely of allies..that was, until Quinn learned further of Zeus’ infidelities.. When Hera learned of Quinns passion for her future family, her baby, she didn't think twice about helping.
Giving a reassuring nod. Quinn approached the two. All the nerves, and thought subsided as she stopped merely feet away. Now they were partners, now they were equals. They needed her and she needed them.
